Our terms and conditions
If you would like to book your stay at the Apartment or the Studio you can email or call us. Alternatively you can fill the booking form by using the details below and email back to us.
A 25% deposit (non refundable) is payable to secure your holiday booking and 75% balance payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
A security/damage deposit in cash is payable on arrival, but in case of significant damages or breakages occur during your stay, you will be invoiced for the cost. For any lost key you will be charged for the replacement of the new lock for security reason.
Any booking less than 8 weeks before your arrival the full amount is payable upon booking.
Payment accepted by Bank transfer or PayPal (please note PayPal payment is subject to a 3.5% charge). We accept US dollars, Euros or British Pound Sterling. Also cash payments are accepted in Ethiopian Birr and other currencies on arrival by prior arrangement.
The refund of the Security/Damage deposit, after the Manager checks the property he will refund your deposit in the same currency you have paid. If you need further clarification please do not hesitate to contact us by email/telephone. Further you are required to leave the property reasonably tidy upon your departure.
